Please RSVP by March 15th via our wedding website on the "RSVP" tab. Just simply enter your name and you will be able to RSVP for yourself, as well as your entire party. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. All invited members of your party will appear in the RSVP form. We tried to reach out to everyone ahead of time to confirm guests/significant others, but if you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Yes, we will be serving a variety of beer, wine, cider, as well as our two signature cocktails. Along with this, we will have a mocktail option, and coffee and tea service for those interested.

While we love your kids, the venue does have limited capacity. Invitations will be specific and include the names of the children who have been invited. You will be able to RSVP for your entire party via the "RSVP" tab on this website.

We ask that all guests wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. Pastels and floral prints are encouraged, but not mandatory. Please refrain from wearing casual wear such as jeans, t-shirt or sneakers. We want this to be a fun opportunity for you to dress up and look your best.

The weather in Hood River, Oregon, at the end of May and early June is generally mild and pleasant, but it can be a bit variable, especially in the transition from spring to summer. It's a good idea to prepare for a variety of conditions, including a light jacket for cooler evenings, but expect generally pleasant, outdoor-friendly weather. Rain is always a possibility, in which case we will have a large covered tent to provide shelter, but we are crossing our fingers for sunshine!

Both the ceremony and reception will be outside with the reception being under a covered barn area. Keep this in mind when deciding how to dress.

Yes, there are about 67 parking spots available around the venue and more room if needed.

All Hood River hotels are unable to accommodate hotel blocks due to it conflicting with their tourism season. Because of this, we highly suggest you make your travel arrangements as early as possible. We have included a list of recommended hotels within the "Travel" tab of our website.

Unfortunately we will not be providing shuttles to and from the event. Hood River does not have Uber and/or Lyft, and has a minimal taxi service. Please keep this in mind and consider carpooling with friends if consuming alcoholic beverages. We want our guest to have lots of fun throughout the night, but your safety is our biggest priority.
